The chef

From the "home kitchen" the Chef Patron of Zenzero sets out in search of different cultures and flavours.

After some experiences in exclusive properties, Michelin star restaurants and prestigious collaborations with Chefs such as: Redaelli, Bressanin, Derflingher, Barbieri, Ramsey... and travels around the world, he returns to his land of origin, to merge the experiences acquired in his personal identity, through the sobriety and linearity of his moving thoughts.
